Founder & Director

Chantel , Clinical Director of Peak Wellness, brings a decade of university-level training to her work. She views therapy as both a science and an art—grounded in evidence yet deeply human, centered on empathy, intuition, and genuine connection. The most effective therapy blends science and compassion to meet each client where they are and foster meaningful growth.

Under Chantel’s guidance, Peak Wellness offers a practice that embodies these values. Therapists operate with strong clinical supervision and ongoing training, ensuring high-quality, compassionate care. The core principles guiding the practice are compassion, credibility, and collaboration.

What Therapy Looks Like at Peak Wellness

Looking at what’s happening on the surface → understanding what’s driving it → identifying patterns in thoughts, emotions, and relationships → exploring what may be contributing → working through it at a pace that feels manageable → integrating practical support where helpful

Our Team

Whether you’re navigating emotional strain or seeking deeper understanding of recurring patterns, our team offers individualized counselling and psychotherapy grounded in genuine support and meaningful change.

Not sure where to start?

Peak Wellness

Founded in British Columbia, Peak Wellness offers a collaborative and supportive approach to therapy, meeting clients where they are while working to understand and resolve the underlying patterns that contribute to stress, emotional difficulty, and relationship challenges.

While our clinicians draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, our shared focus is to move beyond surface-level symptom management and explore the root contributors that sustain recurring patterns.

This allows for change that is not only managed in the moment, but carried forward in a way that leads to lasting change.

Our therapists are registered professionals with strong clinical training and backgrounds in healthcare, providing care that is both grounded and informed.

At Peak Wellness, we’re here to work with you as you face challenges, deepen your understanding, and move toward meaningful, lasting growth.
